Paul J. Simon is a Real Estate Professional serving the St. Petersburg market, specializing in luxury coastal properties and high-value transactions. Known for his strategic negotiation skills and deep understanding of the local market, Mr. Simon has successfully represented buyers and sellers across the Tampa Bay area, including the sale of a $9 million luxury property—one of the most notable transactions in the region. In addition to his real estate expertise, he is also a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, providing clients with valuable insight into both the purchasing and financing sides of a transaction.

 

Before transitioning into real estate, Mr. Simon spent more than two decades as an entrepreneur and business operator in the Tampa Bay area. He founded and managed multiple companies, including Gateway Rolloff Service and Bayside Waste Services, where he oversaw operations, growth strategy, and client relationships. This background sharpened the business, negotiation, and operational skills he now brings to every real estate transaction.

 

Mr. Simon has also been deeply involved in community service. He volunteered for more than 10 years with Paint Your Heart Out Tampa, serving on the Steering Committee and as Co-Chair for two years, helping coordinate a program that paints over 100 homes in a single day for elderly and disadvantaged homeowners. He also served as Treasurer for Maple Ridge Ranch, a summer youth camp in upstate New York.

 

Mr. Simon attended the University of Tampa, majoring in Business Management. He has been married for 36 years and has a daughter who graduated from Florida State University and now serves in the United States Army as a Combat Medic.
